I reloaded my account for a freeplay bonus and I can't bet it. I risk $1000 to win $900 let's say and it says Freeplay max wager must not exceed $5000, amount available: $33
I have gotten 10 e-mail replies and 9 say "you can't win more than 5000 sir, please read our rules". The 10th finally acknowledged it's a technical problem and they have no plan to fix it. I've had this issue for weeks.
Their website says you can win up to $5000 *per* freeplay. [Given their existing rules, it's impossible to win that much unless they gave you at least ~ $2000 in freeplay. I didn't bet a penny of my existing freeplay.] In the past I have won up to $5000 but that's irrelevant.
The problem is with their software. Rollover might reset with new deposits but they are not resetting the max freeplay winnings. Cmon BOL.... LET'S GO
