    Bodog withdrawal issue
I think Bodog is the sister site of Bovada.

Anyway week ago got an email from VIP Bodog saying they value my business, here to help, anything I want don’t hesitate to ask. Are my contact details the same. I said yes.

Made a Bitcoin withdrawal request for $3,000 on October 18. Was to receive it on October 21. Received an email on October 20 saying it was cancelled. I did not cancel it. Five minutes bitcoin withdrawal option was removed, only bitcoin cash, cheque or wire available.

    Spoke to live chat agent

    - they said there was a problem with bitcoin address, shouldn’t happen again.
    - they said bitcoin withdrawal was working. When I said it wasn’t there they asked for a screenshot. I said give me a few minutes and they disconnected before I could send the screen shot.

Spoke to live chat agent 2:

    - said it would take 24-48 hours for Financial Services Team to review
    - I asked if Bodog wants me they said rest assured we value your business
    - I asked for confirmation number they said rest assured your account is under review

    - sent an email to bodog withdrawals team and to VIP asking why it was cancelled. Bodog withdrawals team said “it appears you’ve already contacted us with this inquiry and we were able to provide assistance.” They did not answer the question.

They are an A+ book. Never had this issue with them. Guess I’m waiting for the VIP email or the Financial Services Team to get back to me.

    Anyone else had this issue?

Is Bodog currently under same ownership as Bovada? Could this be yet the beginning of another slow pay/no pay under Bovada ownership group?

They haven't "slow paid" a soul.

And I think every recent complaint is either resolved or still under review.

Why do you act like them daring to ask people for ID or investigate anything is out of line? It's not. And it directly benefits those of us who do respect the rules in the long term.

They have a long history of making fair minded decisions when problems come up. I expect they will do the same in this and every other case too.

I think they did answer your question. You account is clearly under review.

It’s solved. They called me and said there was an issue with the Bitcoin address. Next day I tried again to withdraw and received the funds quickly.

They admitted they probably shouldn’t have emailed “withdrawal cancelled”. It’s what set me off because usually the Player cancels himself if he wants. They probably should have said “withdrawal denied because of Bitcoin address.” would have solved everything.

          Anyway all good with them.
