Hi, since the league 20/21 started in England pinnacle have a problem with live betting in corners, they are offering live betting for corners in all the leagues of the world except in england ( it does not matter premier league , championship or whatever division ) i have contacted first my broker ( i bet via ps3838) betinasia to contact them to solve this problem, their answer was totally "random" and they just said after 30 minutes i sent the email "pinnacle had problems last weekend we know it" after this i contacted pinnacle 5 times ( yes, you read well, 5 times ) via Twitter and they are one of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
I have say to them 5 consecutive days since the premier league started that they have this problem and the only thing they answer is no sense robotic answer ( yeah live corner in premier league will be back soon, check our website for updates, the lines are offered by our trader discrection etc ) i wonder whats the point of having a customer service when someone is telling you via PM for 5 consecutive days that something in your system is not working and you should tell this to the "traders" so they can solve it and the only thing you do is answer no sense robotic answers and of course the problem still for already 2 weeks
Can i fill a complaint here so someone can ask to a human person in pinnacle to solve this? or am i just crashing my head with a wall and they will solve this when they feel like it who knows when?
