I deposited some funds for the Dodgers/Cards playoffs. Thank You Matt for the dropped ball. Now they want a voided check, drivers license, and utility bill ? Is this normal ?

I was actually shocked to see such a low rating. I've been with them for years and don't really remember any problems. I've been getting payouts (when I'm lucky enough to make one) within a few days. They did put me in some Sportsbook Platinum group years back so I'm not sure if that changes the way I've been treated compared to others. I would give them an A rating and have used them as my main book with the downfall of WSEX.
