No issues at all. If you take a bonus you need to make sure you’re in the mindset of a grind. Not cashing out in a few days.

Chat them up and ask what they have available. Ask for your account rep. Sometime I ask in chat and then get a call from someone offering a good bonus that the person in chat couldn't offer me.

I used to drive into Jersey often because the bonus offers were so good. I'd get $500 match bets from Pointsbet, $100 match bets from MGM, BorgataSports and others. I'd grab a bite at a diner and head home. Then when PA opened the free bonuses would cover a few days at the water parks in the poconos with wife and kids. It was an easy $1k every time I went if not more.
