Ladbrokes Withdrawal issue

So started an account with Ladbrokes, sent in my ID, and my account got confirmed.

Won a bit over $1000 dollars with them. So decided to withdraw the $1000 dollars.

It was shown as "In Process" for three days, now the money has been put back into
my Ladbrokes account.

When I go to History it says, "Withdrawal Reversed"

I'm not sure why, I had tried to withdrawal the funds to my ** Credit card. Im
not sure if that was the issue.

Anyway I have now tried bank transfer. Hopefully that will go through.

If it was a M C it's not abnormal to not able to use pay to card.
