I have been really patient but now the only way to make them react is to post the story online so i am doing it now and if SBR could help it would be perfect but you already help me so much last time.

Anyway just don't withdraw via SEPA wire because it may never come and 1xbet may take a very very long time to acknoledge that and credit you the money back...

If they are working with you, you should be fine.

It might take a couple of weeks for them to get a guarantee the first wire was unsuccessful. Wires are not supposed to be reversible so books and payment processors are very wary about re-issuing them before being sure of what happened.

But i am sure the wire was never made european sepa wire are very efficient there is no reason to explain it was not made

I would not be shocked if it is on purpose if it is common but I think we would have seen complaints about it if it really is.

Either way, if they are not disputing anything eventually you should see the money.

They told me to wait but continuously with no update whatsoever, how long is acceptable to wait?

It does not change things much whether they lied about that or not.

If they did it to delay payment, they will delay paying you. If it is genuine, then you are going to be delayed too.

BUT, after a lot of experience with them, they always eventually pay if they say they are doing that. So I am confident you will see your money eventually.

Remember last time when I was this sure what would happen?

1xbet have reached out and asked for "player’s ID for his account. We also need information about the date, time and currency of the withdrawal that did not come to the player's account."

You can PM me to pass it on or post it in this thread as you prefer.
