They just launched that book in December 2019.

I've had an account at their poker room for about a year and they announced the sportbook and mentioned it in their newsletters in Dec.

The poker room just changed to an independent networked also, so they are in a state of change there with not much history.

Their page says: "HighStakes is licensed to conduct gaming operations by the Government of Curacao under License no. 365/JAZ Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW0707242017. All gaming and other activity falls under the jurisdiction and remit of the Netherlands Antilles."

They copy pinnacle odds so practically they will be useless unless you can hit the odds without moving them.

No Curacao logo in their footer, no company is mentioned behind them as well. Seems well build site though.
