open the command prompt and type "tracert betonline.ag" and it will tell you what point its stalling at.

It's obviously a network error and not at their end, as I have not seen it down once when I have tried it today.

If a few of you having problems do a tracert, we can see if you all get hung up at a similar route point. If so, the owner can be contacted to fix it, or your ISP can be asked to re-route you around it.
