Did this book freeroll me on this bet?
I prefer to keep from putting the name out right now and if your figure out who it is please just leave it for now since I am still using them. So I didn't really use them for at least a year and saw they had some nice holiday deals, so I wanted to get them. Ever since I used them before you can bet freeplays upto +200 on moneylines, so I was betting them like I always have with them. So come to find out they stopped allowing moneyline bets on hockey which I just found out last night. Dating back as far as I can remember I have lost every deposit I can remember even from last year and even with the sister books they have. So last week the freeplay actually won which was a first for so long, last night they cancelled that wager and the wagers I put in yesterday saying this isn't allowed and I wouldn't have had the balance for these bets, yes most of the bets I made yesterday lost but it still doesn't cover how much I lost with them cancelling the freeplay I won from. I wouldn't have even bet this if I knew and it is in the rules which I'm just learning about. They did put back the full freeplay into my account but I lose out on this winning dog bet that finally won for me which lost so many times before actually winning for me. They even cut my bet limits in half after this first bet winning bet into my rollover this time, which I find odd since I have lost so much. What do you guys think? I know I won't be playing with there books anymore after they did this to me knowing I have been a long good customer for all these years.

if the system let you bet the freeplay on a hockey dog, then i think in good faith it should've been honored.

and cancelling the other bets (even though you had a net loss on them) is totally ridiculous, those should also be honored even if it pushes you to a negative balance

Books can program max/min odds for freeplays so it's their fault imo. If it's their policy then the system needs to reflect this.

Thats the thing the system has the free plays programed into the system to not allow you to bet on any games or odds that is not allowed but for some reason it allows you to bet on these type of money line wagers for hockey which I thought was ok. This is one of the more better books and not just a horrendous book.

Did the new rule get posted in their Terms of Service agreement? or on any rule page? When you say sister book does this company allow an account at both sites? They may attempt to pooch all winnings on those grounds for multi accounting. Hope this isn't Bet1X or affiliated shop

Not sure when it was posted or changed but it is posted in the free play section of the rules page. But why does the system even allow you to bet these bets if it is not allowed, when they have everything else letting you know what can't be bet on with free plays? isn't this considered freerolling in a way because I had no clue about this, they sure did take my bets with these free plays and they allowed me to lose those bets at the sister books also many times over. If this rule was in place for more than a year then they also allowed me to keep on placing these same style of bets with them before, it just happened to win this time. I know I didn't read every single rule they ever had but still how can they just straight cancel this winning wagers worth over 2k when it finally won after literally 10-15 times of losing at least. They can't just tell me hey this is not allowed and move forward, which I would understand and not do it. I have also said I've been a good customer for years now and never ever tried to do anything wrong with them, and yes they allow an account with each of the sister books they have, so this is no problem.

Which book is this? If it's a relatively big one as you say then I imagine others here don't know about the rule and could also get stung

Sorry i just don't want to start anything up if i don't have to right now until i figure out what is going on with them. I did put in a complaint to see if I have any justice on my side, which might make them reconsider. They already decided to get cute and cut my limits in half after basically 1 bet that won recently.
