I need some help please, I'm going to start the formal complaint process but I have had enough of these crooks. I bet the miami ohio - Louisiana college football game. Took the third quarter ML for Miami and notice that it said the bet was a push before the third quarter even started. I contact thier customer service and after several minutes of them doing their usual run around they say its been incorrectly settled. I say whatever I took the cash out (which was for the bet amount) and bet them instead at plus 15.5.....I log in to see they voided that bet after the game had ended and then they continued to take the original third quarter bet which I cashed out out of my account and now thier live chat conveniently wont respond to me. I got this email AFTER THE GAME ENDED:

We are contacting you regarding bet reference JE7883747341F.
This bet was initially settled incorrectly on your account and following a review we have adjusted your balance in accordance with our betting rules:
Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and bet365 reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.
At the time that the correction was taking place, an additional bet was placed on the account, bet reference FE6431622491F. This bet was placed despite the required funds not being available; therefore the additional bet placed has been voided.
Your account balance is now correct and available for you to use.
