Bovada Bonus

I don't even have that option for Bovada they hardly ever offer anything new. I was hoping to take this DSI bonus assuming it would actually get paid

Also you can contact live chat and ask them for this bonus. Tell them that your friend received it. Bovada is the best book when it comes to customer service.

Yes I have deposited and they have one of the worst promotion and customer service teams around. I get a promo bonus once a year if I'm lucky and I called, was told the promotion team would get ahold of me If I get a bonus treating me like I'm clueless.

I take my words back about Bovada customer service.

So i made the 250$ deposit and selected 100% bitcoin match bonus up to 250$. I saw my deposit in my account within couple minutes but bonus was missing. I contacted the live chat and told them that i did not receive the bonus. They replied that i didn't receive it because i took it before. I had no issue with that. It's fair. I asked them than well can i get 50% bitcoin bonus instead? They said no because it expired. I told them that i made a deposit 5 minutes before the expiration date which was 11:45 PM eastern time. Bitcoin was sent at 11:40 PM by me. This is the reply i received from the agent:

So what happened exactly *******, is that while the deposit was going through the bonus expired.

Instead i was offered 20% bonus which I declined and will most likely withdraw the money right away.

Not happy with them. I thought they should honor the bonus since deposit was made before the expiration date.

Have your past experiences with bovada been pleasant? I have been seeing both good & bad comments lately regarding bovada

I asked them the same question. Why this bonus was visible to me if i can't take it? But the agent just ignored the question. Feels like false advertisement. I would never deposit in the first place if i knew that and just go with Nitrogen instead.

Before it was always pleasant. But with this experience yesterday i'm not happy at all. I made deposit on time and should be eligible for at least 50% bonus. I already asked for payout. Won't be playing there anytime soon again.

Their customer service and promotion team is just awful. They have the best first deposit bonus in the industry but after that nothing. I don't understand it especially when the states are legalizing you would think they would offer more of an incentive to play there

Bovada is good....just ain't a fan of their "promotions team" when it comes to reload bonuses

I get no incentive to reload there when they offer no bonuses except the occasional 50%. Once i lose like normal I get nothing for like 6 months.

Same. If there is no bonuses I just go with Nitrogen.
