    Betsson account verification - Payout
    Having issue with betsson.. They keep rejecting my utility bill and they don't verify my account and therefore do not proceed with my payout.. They accepted my national id and bank details but not my utility bills.. I sent them 4 different documents.. They are telling me general standarized answers and that they are going to look in to it but nothing specific.. If anybody can help please..

    Man it's like I just told bovada......banks don't send statements anymore unless you request them.....all my banking is done via online banking.......stall tactic!!

      Can't you download a PDF of your bank statement in your online banking dashboard? Every bank I've banked with has that option.

        But anyway, yeah, try sending a bank/credit card statement. Every book I've used accepts them for proof of address.

          I sent them now 5 different and they reject them.. I asked them what is wrong to fix it and they told me there is nothing wrong from me.. The "relevant department" will look in to it and inform me "as soon as possible." I don't think I will ever see my money!!!

            You sent them statements from 5 different banks?

            And they have actually said they reject each one? And give no reason why? Like it's not an official mailed statement? Or wrong dates? or anything else?

              Not from 5 banks.

              1 from online bank and 4 utility bills.. They tell me in general that it may be the address, or the date.. But the address and date is written and matches the info I gave them.. And if I persist on live chat they tell me the relevant department will inform me.

              An hour ago one agent on the chat told me that she spoke with the department and it should be ok.. I should expect an email by them..

              I will wait a little more and lets hope it should be ok.. Not that I trust them that much!!!!

                It sounds like you may be worrying more than you need to right now.

                I'd guess it is the online bank statement they don't like. But with all the other docs they will probably be fine I am guessing.

                  I already got rejected before with the utility bills.. and I did not got a specific explanation..

                  Lets wait and see. Thank you for your feedback..

                    If your online bank sent you a welcome letter in the mail. Or anything on letterhead with your address on it, that has helped people get past the online bank statement problem before. Could be worth just sending if you have it.
