Heritage funding question

I sent 500.00 to heritage via **** loadable net spend card. After it went though my net spend account said they took 574.98 .******** blamed heritage ,heritage said it was net spend 's feather fee is only 1.00 .Does anyone know what happed to the other 73.98

Haven’t used ******** in years but I never remember a fee higher than $5 for anything. I thought if ******** added a fee it was a separate charge? I can’t recall it’s been so long.

Heritage say they had an intermittent problem where some transactions change currencies inexplicably and result in extra fees.

They say if you contact their CSD they'll address it for you.
