You're going to have to be a little more specific with your question then.

* Yes, Cash App allows you to buy/sell and send/receive bitcoin.
* Yes, (U.S. offshore) sportsbooks accept bitcoin as a deposit method.
* Yes, you technically can send bitcoin from Cash App to sportsbook. But if you viewed the link Optional gave you, you'd know that you should NOT do this without a middle-man wallet.

Then yes. It works in a similar way to Coinbase or Gemini as far as sending bitcoin to an outside address.
