Never had an issue with them before but made a small deposit that POSTED to my bank but never got credited to my account at bookmaker. They had me go on line and submit a picture of the bank statement which I did. Did this last Wednesday but check with them this morning and still no resolution. Surprising cause they have been good but just hope this is not the start of poor service.

Checked today and still no answer on my deposit that was not credited to bookmaker account but posted to my bank. Was told 3-5 days. Been one week. Was told they were waiting on response from processor... when I asked how much longer was told “ we don’t know”. What’s up with bookmaker?Comment -

8 days later still no resolution. Now they are telling me to call back Monday. Won’t give me explanation as to why deposit posted to bank but not to bookmaker account. Total run around.Comment -
Had this exact same issue with them. Took them over 3 weeks to get a response from the processor to confirm my deposit went through after being told it’d be 3-5 business days.Comment -

Not that it's any consolation to someone who is going through this, but I can imagine it being difficult for them to confirm with a shady Chinese card processor that your transaction did indeed go through and they just weren't notified for some reason.
If you want to argue that's their problem and they should be immediately crediting customers who show sufficient evidence, that's a fair critique. Such is offshore betting life.

For what it's worth, I was able to successfully deposit w/them just now very quickly. I bought/"deposited" $50 worth of bitcoin via cash app (which is linked to my debit card). Got receiving address from bookmaker and "withdrew" the funds to the wallet address immediately after. It took maybe 5 mins for the withdrawal to be confirmed on blockchain and it was visible on bookmaker a minute later. Try it that way man. Best of luck.Comment -
Bookmaker is by far the most legitimate book it seems. I imagine it's not on their end for the hold up. Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are ULTRA fast always.Comment -
Yep.... u guys are right should of used bitcoin. I use it to withdraw just have used credit card in the past and never had an issue. My whole issue with Bookmaker ( who claims they are the most legitimate) is the lack of concern about the issue. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow when I was told 3-5 days at most. I contacted them every day after day 5. Thursday last week I was told it would be resolved by Monday (yesterday) well that didn’t happen. Gave them an extra day and was told “ no news yet”... that’s all. Thank God that day it was a small deposit. Thank you guys for the comments... I guess it’s all part of the game, just thought I finally found an honest book but I’m starting to have my doubts!!!Comment
