    Couldn't bet on games from msg
    from Tioga Downs casino located in NYS due to absurd wording of the NYS gambling law.I wonder how much revenue the state lost yesterday as a result ?

      College sports can't be wagered on in NY if the game is taking place in NY or it's a NY team

        Ah, I thought there was a fight that night at msg, but it was a ncaam tournament. I guess all the books in NY will be praying Syracuse and St John don't make a run in March.

            My understanding is that one could bet on SYR or Cornell etc IF they were playing outside of NYS.
