    Warning: do not play at Spinsports!
    Spinsports/Spincasino closed my account and voided all winnings of 6200 euro, while only returning my deposits and citing no reason whatsoever!

    They have this written in their rules:

    1.3 Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension

    1.3.1 We may refuse to register you as a player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a player from Spin Casino at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
    1.3.2 You acknowledge hereby that we are not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.

    So in other words, if they don't like the color of your eyes, they can deregister you and not even have to tell you what the reason was. After deregistering they do not have to pay out any winnings:

    1.4 Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension

    1.4.1 If we deregister or exclude or suspend you, we shall have the right to:
    1.4.1.1 withhold payment to you of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, credits, payouts or the like; and/or
    1.4.1.2 exclude you from all or any other Brands in the group;

    Yes, it's stupid I didn't read those ridiculous terms before I signed up, because by signing up there I automatically accepted those terms, but I could have never guessed that a bookmaker has such ridiculous terms.

    I will be reporting this tot he Malta Gaming Authority even though I know they don't give a shit.

    So just a warning to you all, if you open an account at Spinsports/Spincasino, they can take your funds if they don't like the color of your eyes, don't like your hair color or just feel like stealing some money. They can do whatever they want. I'm even "lucky" they gave me back my deposits, because they could have even taken those!

    I do not believe it is in line with normal consumer laws for a bookmaker to confiscate deposited funds, even with a reason. Whatever is stated in their terms.

    As you say, the MGA will not do anything but say the terms allow it, but their rules changed earlier this year and now all Malta licensed bookmakers must nominate a dispute resolution service to review disputes, which they agree to abide by decisions of.

    So when you contact the MGA, do not even bother asking them to rule on anything, just ask them who is the nominated dispute resolution service for Spinsports and contact them next.

      I already had this case looked at by Ecogra. And they concluded that the sportsbook (surprise, surprise) acting in accordance with their terms. Which they indeed did.

        You do have one more option. You can ask Malta Consumer Affairs if a Maltese company is allowed to refuse service and not refund the money you have paid under local law there.
