Carib Sports payout issue. *Update: downgraded*

Title of the thread basically sums it up. I've been having an issue collecting the last bit of money I have there. Tried to handle in conventional manner by submitting formal complaint using SBR form but I havent heard back from anyone here. This was sent on July 31, 2019. I'm guessing this just fell through the cracks but please let me know if you'd like for me to re-submit the complaint form.

docdekay......hope u know that the only payout option is a $450 max p2p and that costs $55!!! Carib is stuck in the early 1990's and refuses to upgrade to anything. Probably the ONLY book that you have to have a referral to play at & who doesn't want any new players. I used to LOVE SOS(sports off shore)...1800-play-legal back in the day. Too bad Carib is a shell of a book.

I used to love Carib as well, they had the best customer service around and held great contests. They also accepted click 2 pay which survived well after Neteller left the US market. I wonder why they never adopted bitcoin, it’s almost like they wanted to die a slow death.

so i resubmitted the form as requested. matt sent me an email on 10-18 acknowledging receipt and an inquiry with carib mgmt but i have yet to hear back despite a follow up email.

any update? feel free to respond via email obviously.

They were my favorite. Had the great season-long NFL contest - I hit 10 out of 10 once and got the $5k bonus.

Sunday night MLB contest was fun too!! The March Madness Contest where you got 1 point for every correct game picked with max total of 63 was AWESOME. Costs $100 to enter and one year in mid 2000's I was tied for the lead going into the elite 8 games. The guy I was tied with had 1 team left and ultimately had UNC won there game I would have won the entire thing with $10,000 1st place prize. UNC was up 8-10 points with less than 2 minutes left and ultimately ended up going to OT. OT started and they couldn't throw it in the ocean and LOST the game......and my chance to win $10k. It ended up being had UNC won that Elite 8 game the $$$ would have been all mine!!! And people wonder why I hate UNC even though we live in NC. I would pull for Russia before I ever pull for the Tar Holes

not me, as I`d have bought weed with it, then told you about it and paid you back

Why are they still rated a B- here at SBR? Explain that one. Is this what players should expect from a B rated book these days? Carib was once a rock solid sportsbook, one of my favorites, it’s been so long since I logged on there I don’t even know what my account number or password are. Does online chat work anymore? Send a message? They used to reply in seconds but I have a feeling that’s not the case anymore.

are the lights still on at Carib SBR? Someone’s still paying the domain name fee. Give the man an update, or at least tell him he ain’t getting paid.

Carib had it's rating down graded a month or so ago as a result of this matter. That's about all I know.

OP needs to talk to Matt. If he thinks repeatedly re-bumping the thread he was told Matt would not see will get him something from me, he's mistaken.

Apologies for the delayed response to this. I dont check the forums much these days.
