    Same thing happened to me, what's the best way to take care of it. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes so far. I called the number on the email

        Sorry, I rarely post here, mostly a reader.

        Bovada has temporarily disabled my account because they said there was a charge back on my account. I have never charged back. The charge back that Bovada claims is from the end of July. I've never charged back or had any issues with deposits with Bovada until now. it is a "coincidence" that I have a few good looking so far (fingers crossed) futures baseball bets that may pay. Now some bogus charge claim happens and my account is disabled.

          I was pigging back on another thread where a charge back was claimed, and I used the system wrong.

          Their solution was they offered to re-charge the account - when i never got any money back.

            If you know for sure you have not done that, then it will get fixed. This happened to a couple of other people, I think around that same time, and after a bit of stuffing around they got it fixed. You'll probably need to help them with a card statement to expedite it. :\

            If you cannot sort it out with them please submit a sportsbook complaint and we can ask a manager to review the situation.

              Same thing happened to me Ressien a few weeks ago at Bovada. Biggest thing is to stay patient and make
              sure you talk to a manager.
