Betting where and on what? If you bet on horse races and win than you will get W-2G form and will have to report it to IRS. If you bet offshore online on sports and win than you don't have to report it.

This depends on where you live. Some countries tax gambling, some countries not. Where do you live esulima?

Depends where you're betting. If its offshore like Bookmaker no one is going to report anything. If you are going to a casino and doing it, yes, they'll take your information and report it.
