    Slottica froze my account
Hi, I created an account on slottica.com at the end of June. I deposited 300 euros, placed a few days, sent documents. They sent me information that my account was fully verified and I could make a withdrawal. In a few days, I won around 2,000 euros, withdrew 800 euros and the problem began. My account has been limited on 25/06/2019, I have a limit of 0e for each bet. I decided to withdraw the rest of the money. The next day they sent me this information:

I used the casino only once and lost money there. That was 90 days ago and I didn't receive any decision from them. I sent several emails (no response), tried to chat (still under investigation). This looks like a joke.
I definitely do not recommend this company.

Is there any possibility of help in this case or rather money lost?

We don't usually get involved in casino site issues but you are welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint and we can try asking them about the delay for you.

Have you contacted their license issuer at info@curacaolicensing.com ?

Rule of thumb: If you cannot click on the seal logo of the licensor (as it is the case here; it's just a picture, no hyperlink to the licensor) the book/casino probably has no license. Not saying a Curacao license does say anything about the reliability of a book but if it has no license at all you are probably betting on a 100% illegal site.

I won all the money at sports betting, not casino. I only used the casino once for fun and I lost money there.
I will write a complaint today. I will also try to contact their license issuer.

EDIT: I sent e-mail with complaint to mail@sportsbookreview.com.
