I was overpaid on my freeplay
I deposited with Sportsbetting.ag wtih the understanding that I would be given a 100% FP bonus. Instead I was given a 1000% bonus. I am an honest person and attempted to contact them by email to point this out (of course I am willing to accept this!). I have not recevied any type of response. I am not sure if there are reps here on this site. I don't really want to take advantage of a mistake that I believe they made and again I am an honest person.

Wow 1000% bonus. That would probably come with a 200x rollover lol.

You did the right thing tk. They would have caught it and been upset you took a shot at them if you played the freeplay. They will fix it.

A couple days ago, wagerweb graded a losing prop as a winner. I told them. Got a "thanks for being a stand up customer". It is the right thing to do.

Well I am not happy with sportsbetting.ag. I mean, I do a good deed and tell them about their ovepayment and then they SHORTCHANGE me on the bonus that they promised. I am going through a living nightmere with them now. Wow - I thought they would appreciate my honesty. Next time I will remember and just keep their overpayment. Good Lord!

maybe they will give you an extra bonus for being honest. Heritage threw me a 100$ free play once for contacting them about a btc deposit that they overc redited me on..I sent 100$ and they added 1K+ ...Funny at first the CS rep asked if i was sure as BTC fluctuates

Opps sorry didnt see that last post....what scum bags!!!

Yes, what a joke sportsbetting.ag is. I really thought they would appreciate the honesty. I have spent now nearly 2 hours trying to get this resolved. So far all they did was remove the mistake and then shrink down the 100% bonus promised to 50%. I should have used a more reputabel sportsbook. Next time, I will keep their bonus - how ungrateful!

You would have been freerolled if "You kept the bonus". They would have seen the mistake when you went to cash out and they would have claimed that your winnings were due to the extra bonus error so you did the right thing in reporting it.

Whenever I take a bonus, I make sure I save the email or chat log with the details so there is a trail.

                    Ugh. Very frustrating.

But you are still better off to have told them than have gone through 10x extra rollover just to have it all cancelled at the end.

If you cannot get it resolved with them directly, feel free to submit a Sportsbook Complaint form and SBR can ask a senior manager to check on it for you.

Yes, I spent a long time on live chat! Anyway, they made it right and I received a nice apology from the manager. I think it was a big misunderstanding and I took it badly (as I had pointed out a big mistake they had made in my favor) and did not get the response I was expecting. Anyway, I think the manager made it right and was very apologetic. Lots of missunderstandings. I don't want to slight them, so if mods want to remove the thread, please do so.

Did they give you anything for being honest and then putting you through all that

They would’ve caught it either way. They would’ve frozen your money if you tried to withdraw. Did the right thing, or at least tried to.

The front line staff at that family tend to not understand things, unless it is something simple. The management is usually very good once you are able to get to them.

That was probably exactly what the book were doing, setting up a freeroll, and are now pissed the player brought it to their attention, hence the shitty response and subsequent bonus!
