Heritage not loading sports..Anyone else?

Same here, and when I tell them about it they give this BS about clearing cookies. Site works for me on mobile though.

I feel your pain. Heritage's new interface is the worst POS I've ever dealt with.

User experience at most every book seems to be lacking....All it takes is an email to a select few regulars and ask them to Beta test the site and ask for imput positive and negative...Throw a free play for time and you get honest advise....It's business 101 yet most books A+ on down dont understand...Monopoly BUT now w USA legal things they may take notice

Their new platform out and out sucks, for a variety of reasons. They are very indifferent about it over the phone (translation: don't give a chit)and it doesn't seem like it is going to change (any) for the good any time soon, if ever

First time tried to load, didn't work. Now it's working. I wanted to switch from the "Reduced Juice-Cash Back" program to Low Vig since I didn't know the difference when I signed up, but they told me I was a month too late and gotta wait 6 months.

I'm glad they chimed in here. It seems like these problems aren't just limited to a one time issue of today that's mentioned in the post.

I wonder if they just didn't mention that they've been having these problems on other days or if it was a different issue.

I didn't post this in that thread because this seems like a more relevant place.

Let's hope we can get some consistency back.

Today we were affected by an internet service provider issue that may have caused some intermittent connectivity issues and also affected our cashier page. This was inside Costa Rica and also was widespread through Central America and into South America. We have multiple providers for contingencies, but they too were affected by the same.

We've been running our Get Out of Your Bet promotion for several years through the football season, offering one game per month.

As a result of today's issues out of our control, we've decided to offer a second GOYB next Friday. We'll pick the game and post it to our site early next week.

If Heritage owned the internet, we know it would be a better world
