Hi. I have been playing at Circus.be for some time. I've had no issues until a few days ago. I was limited to betting 0. It happened after I made a withdrawal of 300 euros. I believe it was my 3rd withdrawal in 4-5 months. I didn't understand why I couldn't bet, and I received no e-mail about this. Had to contact support. They didn't understand anything, and they told me to send them a screenshot. I did so, and after some time I got an e-mail which said that the betting department had limited me to 0.
The issue is that I recently played three bets. They were all risk free. One 5 euro bet, and two 25 euro bets. I lost on all of them. When I contacted them the 25 euro bets wasn't settled yet, so my question was what to do with the 5 euro free bet which I was unable to use. After contacting them I was granted 5 euros in "bonus money" which I could use in the casino instead.
The problem is that I am not interested in playing in the casino, and I also discovered that the 5 euro free bet needed to be wagered 90(!) times if I played blackjack.
After that I discovered that I did lose on both of my two 25 euro risk-free bets. I contacted support once more where I said that I only played those bets because they were risk free, and I said that I wasn't satisfied with getting bonus money in a casino where the wager for live casino was 90 times. That meant I had to wager 450 at the blackjack table to get my money.
Yesterday I wrote a long and a detailed e-mail in a polite manner. I just received the answer. This is the reply I got in full.

As explained, the betting department does not have to justify its decision.
We understand your disappointment, but unfortunately this decision is final.

Raymond
Now I am stuck with 55 euros worth of free bets which I can't use and 5 euros worth of bonus money which has to be wagered. Looks like the fella didn't even try to read my e-mail.
Can I do anything about this? I know that casinos can do mostly whatever they want, but I have never experienced anything like this. My account was verified months ago, and I've never had a issue with the bookie. I understand that they have a right to limit me at any time, I don't question that, and I don't understand why the guy at customer service writes that they don't have to justify their decision. I am not interested in that, I am only interested in getting my money/free bets back. I would never ever have placed those bets if they werent risk-free. The bizarre thing is that they gave me 5 euros bonus money for the free bet, but nothing for the two 25 euro free bets.
Is there anything to do about this, or can they do absolutely what they want?
