rivalo skrill withdrawl problem

hi everyone
a week ago i have deposited at a shit bookie called rivalo ( just curiosity lead me there) i did deposit by skrill and after few days i want to withdraw and i see only payssafecard as option and when contacted them they said currently they can't send withdrawl by skrill and neteller hahah but they can accept deposit !!! anyone having the same situatiin here

I can't withdraw to the ewallet I deposited with at William Hill since they got strict on KYC earlier in the year. I assume it's potentially money laundering related.

Not really a huge deal since I just do a bank transfer.

They solved my problem I talked with them in live chat and asked for me to send screen shot for my skrill by email and they did a manual transfer
I think they are not that bad..
