Did a reset password and it let me in. Weird because I knew my password.

Wonder if they are forcing people to change passwords.

A few months ago they required everyone to change their passwords. If you haven't logged on in awhile, that may have been the case.

I login almost everyday unfortunately lol. When I changed password I was able to get in on laptop but not mobile. Cashier link did not work though.

I guess you have tried the clearing cookies and browsing history thing already?

Their website cookies are dorked. After they made everyone change passwords several months ago, chrome won't record your password for that site. So you have to manually type it.

And if you logged from another device, it randomly locks you out (even with the correct password) for an hour.

Here is what they said

The website is under a brief maintenance. Once be back up, Make sure you are using proper browser as Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Also you may clear history files, cookies and cache.

yeah like that pesky logging in nonsense

I like the lines but they really make it difficult to play there. Every other mainstream book has a stable, secure, easy to use site. I don't see why this is such an issue with these guys.
