I think it is a zombie site, left by the operators to only accept deposits but for no other purposes.

I'd say it's a scam. Does anyone know them?

Indeed it's a scam. They completely removed the payment options. 6k go down the drain. At least no one can get scammed by them anymore as long as the payment options being deactivated
