Bookmaker.eu is unfair

It might seem unfair but Bookmaker will have as part of their terms and conditions a clause which says they can close accounts for any reason at their sole discretion so Bookmaker are doing nothing wrong.

Look at it as a plus: much better to have your account closed with no funds in it than after you have made a deposit.

Where are you located? Since you are not in the US, im guessing, you should have a lot better sportsbook options than BetCris and Boookmaker.

They did not say you are tagged as professional.

And as you suggest 3k of winnings is of no consequence to them. I highly doubt it is a personal decision about you from what you have said.

It might be something to do with legality in Romania generally.

I think but am not certain that Betfair and Pinnacle both accept players from Romania. These books are far superior to Bookmaker and Betcris.

I wouldn't worry about not being able to play at Bookmaker. While they are very trustworthy they are not a low-vig book and you can get better prices elsewhere.

@optional : if they have had something with legality in Romania, they didn't accept my registration from start..

@ichiro4thehall : I'm using both betfair and pinnacle, but no one is closer to bookmaker offer..

Things change.

They would not boot Romanians from CRIS without a reason.

It could be as simple as the Romanian govt either asking or warning them to not service locals.

What do you mean by 'no one is closer to bookmaker offer'? Do you mean a bonus?

Are you an arber by any chance? Bookmaker has the right to close your account for any reason they choose and also not to tell you that reason. If you are an arber I assume you will have a lot of experience of having accounts closed or limited. Just move on. I'd be very careful bonus whoring even the biggest US facing sportsbooks. Far more potential trouble than it's worth imo.

Your account got moved from The Greek to Betcris, I did the same thing at Bookmaker and got the same response from there CS. You have to play at Betcris.

Speaking of Bookmaker, I have an account with their parent site Betcris, which is advertised here with a 10% reload bonus, yet when I reloaded, I didnt get it. Custumer service says they stop giving reload bonuses but its still advertise here. Just tought I would let you guys know in case it makes a difference for you when its time to decide where you put money.

Thank you for the heads up. It might be just for certain countries but I'll alert admin to check.
