Betoto cancels bet after first graded.

Betoto was one of the last to move the line, but was clearly not a palp. Now after coming back from vacation I see that betoto have cancelled the bet and €310 is missing from my account (bet was €100). I did not get any notification of the cancellation of the bet. Seems as betoto lost too much money on this bet, and decided to cancel and not tell anyone. hmm.

I have emailed them and told them that I have opened this thread, so now they have a change to make things right.

Do anyone here have an idea of why this was cancelled?

Did you mean, you got your money back? If so, it was strange. It's like if you didn't notice and notify them they won't reinstate your winnings???

You really have to contact them. As far as I am concern the final score there (if i am not mistaken) was 2-1. Maybe there was an error on their system. But it would still be best to contact them.
