    Casollo = Dobrobet?
As some might know I have this issue with Dobrobet. They scammed me of almost 7k although they promised to pay out and also their licensor did. That was in October 2018.

In December 2018 they went offline but stated they will come back.

A few weeks ago a book called Casollo launched a new site. According to archive.org it was in April. The software and design strongly reminds me of the software Dobrobet has been using. I didn't figure out which software it is and the CS refuses to tell me. I've never seen this software at another book than Dobrobet. Did anyone of you guys?

If not, this could be the successor of Dobrobet and everyone should be warned.

Can't see any obvious link to Bulgaria, where I think Dobrobet's real location was.

ISPpro Internet KG of Germany hosts their website.

The domain name is registered via domainbox.com

There is only one other website sharing the server with it, 1acasino.com

Not sure if any of that will help.

The address of their firm was in Bulgaria, yes. But I think they would avoid that link if they really come (or already came) back

Dobrobet's location according to Twitter is or was Germany

I've sent in my documents a week ago (docs@casollo.com) but did not hear back from them yet. Live chat is useless. It's always the same agent (Robert) who says he can only assist with technical issues concerning the casino

        Potential scam. Stay away

Today they confirmed that my account was successfully verified which means I had to wait 8 days.

Payout limits according to Robert are 2k/day and 5k/week. I've made a withdrawal request of 2k and will report later if or when money arrives.

The money has just been transferred to my Ecopayz wallet which makes it 3 business days or 5 days in total

So 8 days for the KYC + another 5 days for the withdrawal

                Not really.

The company behind Casollo, Stage 5 NV, could also be the software provider Stage 5 Entertainment: https://stage5-entertainment.com/

In other words: Casollo might have been the software provider of Dobrobet but not the successor, but who knows

Many complaints about delayed withdrawals have been filed at AskGamblers recently (4+ weeks, 6+ weeks etc)

My second withdrawal is pending for almost a week. The live chat agent stops replying as soon as I ask about my withdrawal. No answers from the email support either

This site will exit the market before 2020 mark my words

Still nothing. I think this site could indeed be the successor of Dobrobet.

Remember Dobrobet launched in August 2018, started to delay withdrawals in October/November and went offline a month later:

Casollo launched in April (?), started to delay withdrawals in June/July and will exit in ???

They started to pay out other customers according to AskGamblers. But the thing is they don't process withdrawals in a chronological order but choose the payment order by the withdrawal amount.

There is a customer who made a request of €400 on Sep 17 and got paid yesterday.

I made my withdrawal request on Sep 8 but didn't get one single update, let alone my money.

It's obvious how they struggle. Once again, my bet is that they will disappear before 2020.

So the software provider is InPlayNet, not Stage 5: https://inplaynet.com/#sportsbook

InPlayNet seems to have a soft spot for criminal operations:

Casollo's recently changed the status of my withdrawal from "pending" to "OK" without ever sending the money lol

                                  6 weeks. Still nothing.

Two customers made their withdrawal request AFTER me but already got paid.

They didn't reply a single time to my emails or to the AskGamblers complaint.

BUT: They have a new (German-speaking) live chat agent called Juliana who promised me today that I will receive my money this week

                                        Do also avoid CrownCas!

It's a sister-site of Casollo (or maybe the successor and Casollo will soon go offline IDK)

They paid. If you can bear a little waiting time, which was in my case 4 months and 4 days, please go ahead.
