Unsolicited mail from oddsmaker.com

Today I opened my mailbox to find a piece of mail from oddsmaker.com. They offered me a 'free $100' to try their book. With their reputation the letter was promptly tossed in the recycling. However I would like to no how they got my information? I have never had an account with them or any book they are affiliated with.

Have you ever gave your e-mail address to anything gambling related? Anything tout, scoreline, line service are notorious for selling e-mail addresses.

Sorry should have clarified, its postal mail not email. If it was just my email address I wouldn't give it a second thought, but my mailing address is a different story.

Data bases with all customer personal info are sold to shit books like Oddsmaker. If you have opened an account with a sportsbook, chances are good it came from there.

Have accounts with Pinnacle, The Greek and 5Dimes, have never played at any other sportsbooks. Also have poker accounts with Pokerstars, Fulltilt and Party Poker.

Just annoyed in general to have my info given out.

Just got the free 100 bucks thing from them too. Right now I'm with Pinnacle, Betfair, and Bet365. I'm sure it was Pinnacle that sold my address though.
