Problem bookmaker double charged me

We've forwarded your complaint to a Bookmaker manager. Regarding taking a screen capture from your computer, are you able to do so? The mobile photo may be cropped or incomplete.

Bookmaker costumer service is rude as penetrate

Been trying to call them and sent them everything I can and I'm still dealing with the same problem they giving me runaround. A sent then pick of my bank routing number and acc number pics of double charged transaction. Is sbr going to handle this problem?I can always dispute both of those transactions but I dont want to do that. What should I do? Plus costumer service is telling me some bs stories,how can this be +a book?

Should I charge back those transactions? Bookmaker claimed they know nothing about them.

I dunno man, that a bad look if you do. Books share that kind of stuff. Will kill your rep and prob your ability to do Cc transactions.

I’d try to do everything in my power before resorting to that. Let SBR look into 1st I’d think. Did you file a report??

I was double charged once, all I had to do was show a screenshot of the charges and they fixed it. If you've already gotten sbr involved, I would wait a couple days then contact sbr again.
