Faustbet - Just another betconstruct scambook

Hi all,

Just a warning to stay clear of Faustbet. I am experienced in betconstruct books as they offer the markets I bet in, some are good, others not. Faustbet did have decent enough reviews 12 months back when I first signed up, they have seemed to have gone rouge now.

After being limited I emailed support I emailed off docs to get verified and withdrawal. That was 7 weeks ago with no reply yet. I have sent multiple emails, literally maybe 15 now without a single reply. The emails are going through. Messaging support on the website they tell me they have not received my emails (bullshit). If that's really the case I ask them for an alternative email of phone contact I can ring. They inform me they have no alternative email address or email contact . Just laughable they actually admit to having no other email contact.
After googling around for a while I see there are others having the exact issues as me recently, just not replying to emails at all. Now every time I message support I just get the generic please send your communication to xxxemail address, the same one I have been mailing the entire time without a reply.

Have lodged a complaint.

Stay away from Faustbet, plenty of other much more reliable betconstruct book out there.

(I have uploaded a few pictures of the contact I have with them over the website message function. All screenshots are from recent messages as when I went back to take screenshots of all my communication 7 weeks back they were not there. I imagine the system clears them after 30 days or so. I wish I still had the message from them claiming they have a single email address and no contact phone number. The date of my first email to try get verified was 13/05/19)

Yes, I verified my Faust account via this email.
Also, mostly betconstruct bookies verify accounts via this email.

Why would a Sportsbook with a licence use a gmail address, instead the one from their own domain?

I understand it's Betconstruct's book, but still....

It's true. Betconstruct use that as a temp/backup email for books they service.

I guess it is supposed to look generic.

I have used a fair amount of betcontruct books and always had an email related to the book, but I will try this thank you

Yee haa, all paid. The Gmail address proved very helpful. Will certainly use it again in future if I'm having problems with betconstruct books. Is it the email of betconstruct itself?
