Italian bettors - best bookmakers

hi Marco, i'm interested in UK horseracing.
i've been betting for sometime through winfair, which i though was good for me, and which from what i understood (here) is an agent..but it is having technical problems at the moment.
so, through the bookmaker's sbr page, i found out - i picked the list for italy - that there is bookmakers that might offer us inhabitants of italy service..and contacted one rated a, which i thought: great, now i also have ratings..i don't have to wonder whether i am wasting my time or not.
only problem: does not have all english tracks, but still, first i have to call their horseracing department to check this out better.

now: am i sure i need an agent?
if so, which one?
isn't it better just trying check on bookmakers? maybe i could just pick more than one - if they don't cover for us all i want.
i'm a beginner with this online stuff, i don't know, i'm trying to figure this out
