    Skrill fees absurd?!
1% deposit fee and then a further 1.45% to transfer to another skrill account, is it still worth it in order to be able to use AsianConnect for Arbitrage? Severely eats into returns if the losses occur on the AsianConnect side

Because AsianConnect is using private accounts with Skrill/Neteller, he has to send to "personal" account.

Dont think thats the answer to what I asked.

Once deposited to them, why the need to transfer to someone elses account is what I meant.

In both cases, surely the user has the option to take a withdraw and send the money themselves.

Complaining about a 1.45% fee, for essentially letting you avoid AML laws not only seems cheap, it seems sort of mental to have made a thread about it!

Hence wondering if it's not what it looks like...

2.5% is really nothing. I dont like skrill and neteller but 2.5 % is peanuts.

Opti, if you want to deposit to AC, you need to send to "other Skrill account" meaning you will be charged 1.45% fee.

You deposit to Skrill - 1% fee via all methods.
You deposit to AC - 1.45% for P2P transfer.

                      Just what Alfie said.

And since OP mentioned "Arbitrages", it means he will be making a lot of deposits to AC Skrill account.

And for each deposit, Skrill will charge him 1.45% fee.

On a longer period of time, repeated fees eat a lot of your profits.

Yeah exactly this. Ex if you deposit X amount and place a bet with the full X amount, make 1% through an arb and the losing end is Asian connect, you lose money. I guess this can be mitigated by betting on the favourite where possible but either way still a massive dent. So annoying that bank transfer has been removed as a method for depositing - was 0% fee

If Ac is using private Skrill that mean they are not holding any licence as company? Are players in situation to trust AC on their word. Im not using them because i dont need them as option, but would really like to know more about them and their licence if any.

With bitcoin you expose yourself to bitcoin price fluctuations, not willing to take on that risk

Not really since BTC is converted into USD/EUR. There are just two very little risky time frames between a) the moment of withdrawal request and the moment you receive the BTC and b) the moment you receive the BTC and the moment you convert it back into USD/EUR on an exchange.
