Bookmaker/Betcris family policy change?

I have had an active account at Galaxy Sports for a few years.

They are a sister site to Betcris.

Went to place a wager there today and a screen popped up to contact support.

They told me my account there is now closed, from now on I must play at Betcris ONLY.

They said this is their new policy.

It was always my understanding that they allowed accounts at all of the Bookmaker / Betcris family books. But you could only be active at one.

They were nice enough to convert my accumulated betpoints to cash, and withdrawal for my entire balance is now pending.

Yes, this appears to be their new policy. I had my Galaxy and JustBet accounts closed, and it happened to someone else I know. It doesn't really matter. I created those accounts before I knew they were all the same. And since Bookmaker allows re-bets, it's not like I needed them to expand my max bet or anything.

No way I'm ever going back to Betcris, after they offered reload bonus in past and reneged after I deposited... then excluded me from loyalty program.

Yes, we don't have BetCRIS in the US, which must why they are now telling us Bookmaker is their preferred book.

Same happened to me.

My Justbet account to my Bookmaker account.

They would not transfer it for me.

They made me withdraw my entire account and then redeposit.

They shorted me on my Bitcoin withdrawals about 60 bucks and shorted me on my deposit about 30 bucks.

Screwed me both ways.

They have already cut limits in WNBA 2hs at Bookmaker from 500 to 250.

Pathetic.
