Betonline closes account

I’m new and I’m trying to get help on why my BetOnline account was closed.

I contacted and they said there are no notes but my deposit, winnings, and then some were wiped . It’s actually showing negative on their side.

I can’t login at all anymore either and no one can give me any answers.

If you shoot in a sportsbook complaint form we can ask a manager to check what has happened.

They won't keep your deposit for anything, so might be a communication problem I'm thinking.

I made one. The website has been messing up the last 2 days and the live betting was screening up and so I thought the server was down again but the CS rep for BOL said it’s been blocked and is negative. I take screenshots daily and show my $5k balance for the seat of the day and made $2k in bets that should have hit for $10k.

Account is back online but balance is amount of most recent deposit ($1400). Winnings and pending winnings from this week wiped.
