Ignition could have the worst customer service out of them all. Not only do they disconnect or hangup on you regularly, they will NEVER admit they made a mistake. Just spend 3+ hours going back and fourth with them about 2 minor issues. One being that they are charging me $114 on a $100 deposit. I understand the 5.9% "processor fee" but last time i checked, that should be $5.90, not $14.
Place has just shown their true colors. Always dig their feet in and act like its not their fault. Honestly, I would avoid depositing at any of their sites, because god forbid you have an issue.
They have just been very strange to deal with recently. I make BTC deposit, yet I have to wait 12+ hours for it to show up in my account? Any consistency? Then when I live chat they tell me the deposit will be taken care of in 24-48 hrs and that they are having a log jam in BTC deposits. Yet every one else is getting almost instant BTC deposits.
And when I make a complaint about a rep being rude, then making me wait 30+ minutes on the phone to speak with a supervisor, he checks in every 4-5 mins, and then hangs up 30 mins in. When I can back and wait another 30+ mins, the end result is them telling me that I am in the wrong and the rep wasn't rude at all. Like ok, I'll go F%^K myself. Thanks!
I won't be depositing for a long time/again. I'll play out the rest of my roll and either cash out or lose it, but I won't dump anymore money into this site. I mean BOL service can sometimes be strange, but at least they aren't nearly as bad as bovada/ignition. They will admit when they are in the wrong.
