    No Gub Bookies?
Hey y’all. I have heard that Bookmakers eu welcome arbitrage betting and sharp punters. Yet, I’ve also heard that ANY sportsbook will limit punters who are frequently winning. Which is the case?

Assuming bookmakers do welcome sharp punters, is there any behavior they deem impermissible that will result in limits/bans?

    Take this example:

I see a soccer game with the following odds:

    Team 1 -820 (Goal line -2.5 -105)
    Team 2 +1816
    Draw +740

If I back Team 2, and bet on draw, AND bet on the goal line for Team 1, is that permissible?

Doing this, I essentially lock in money and will ONLY lose if Team 1 wins by less than 2.5

If I do this repeatedly, on the same bookie, and I am making money this way, will I face a ban/gubbing?

I’m curious about these sites in particular:

    Bookmaker eu
    BetOnline
    BetDSI
    SBObet
    Bovada
    sportsbetting ag

But if I AM making money, will it still be fine?

So far I'm counting 6 wins and 2 losses this way.

Bookmaker.eu are slow to limit winners. You should be fine there doing that.

These type of bets are called "polish middles". You are betting on something to not happen: in your case above on a home team to NOT win exactly by 1 or 2 goals.

Since you can still lose all of your bets, I don't see a reason why an A+ sportsbook would cut you off. But to be 100% sure they wouldn't limit you, you can simply place one bet at a different sportsbook (e.g. -2.5 hcp at one book, and X + 2 at another one).

However, just like poster above mentioned, sample size of 6 wins is way to small. You must place at least a couple of hundred bets to find out if this strategy is really profitable in the long run.

Technically a Polish middle is where both sides are plus money and you could potentially lose both sides

Both sides don't have to be at plus odds, as long as the sum of the reciprocal of the odds is less than 1.

And since you can treat separate sides "X and 2" the same as +0.5 asian hcp, you actually have two sides and both conditions for polish middle are met:

                    Team A: -2.5 -105
                    Team B: +0.5 +484
