Pinnacle - Credit Card information for withdrawal
Hello there! May I use this thread to introduce myself

I'm Roberto, 24, from Rome. Uni student, recreational tennis player. I Just found out about the forum.

I've been betting with pinnacle and other bookies for years.

A week ago I made a deposit on pinnacle with my credit card as I usually do and this time I managed to win some money. So on this thursday evening I made a withdrawal request of 1000 euro on skrill, but the withdrawal was declined!

They sent me an email I had to give a copy front/back of my credit card. And so I did and they told it takes 72 hours to verify the document (a bit too much if you ask me!).

Now I don't want to start sending emails before of the time but this is the first time in years with many bookies a withdrawal was not accepted and I'm panicking.

I already made withdrawals on pinnacle with Skrill in the past and they have been very fast (2 or 3 seconds!).

Probably because this last year I've been depositing via credit card, of course if I knew about this further documentation I would have uploaded the copy earlier.

Are pictures of the credit card ok? Or should I had upload a scanned copy? It really takes 72 hours to verify?

In the meantime the 1000 has become 2000 (I was about to lose, but thank you Sakkari) and I know it is nothing for them, but it is something for me, and when you can not withdraw your money is always a bit frustrating.

    Thank you for your time!

72 hours is longer than they usually take but if the credit card is yours you do not need to be concerned about seeing your money.

    Should be soon.

    And yes, photos are fine.

Send them pictures of the front and back of your credit card, and everything will be ok.

You should upload a scanned copy, you must cover 6 numbers(between 7th to 12th number) with white paper of front side of credit card before scanning,
            like this: 5252 63** **** 9889
and then cover 3 digit signature number of back side of credit card before scanning.

I did it last month and then they paid, Pinnacle is the most reliable bookie, never be concerned about your money there.

So slow! Nothing yet, I tried to contact them and they apologized for the delay, I asked if they lost the pictures but they actually received them.

I did the same with pink paper but I took pictures of the credit card, I didn't scan it!

They asked me to upload an account balance statement of the credit card, I did it and everything went ok. Dunno why they didn't trust the pictures lol.

They resumed my ability to withdraw and apologized again for my "infinity patience".
Withdrawal time 2 secs as usual

So does pinnacle allow withdrawal to credit card? On the SBR review it does not list Credit card as a withdrawal option

Actually I requested the withdrawal on Skrill, but yeah there is credit card too among the methods.

Don't wait their reply about your concerning, Make scanned copies of your documents, and upload copies via their "safe upload service" on the website.
Go "Personal Details" > "Secure Credit/Debit Card Upload" and send it there. that's all.
