Pinnacle, don't get my bank deposite ...

Hy, I am new on this forum and i have a question about deposite on pinnacle sport. (Sori if my english not spelled out is not my native language.)

So to write my stori for first, i betting over 10 years but, in online i am in last 4 years. I bet on bet365,marathonbet and Beatathome. In betting I'm quite successful, in this year bet365 and marathon bet restrict my account on approx 10-20 euros, and in betathome i got now small restriction so i cant bet all like before. And i play regular pre match or life bet, not arbitrage or this kind of play...

So i got restricted and look for new bookie and my friend told me to go on Pinnacle bet, because they should be good and reliable on high stake. So i go on register like 1 mount ago, and deposite money with "bank" wire but for first i deposite 100 euro so i get check that all work, and i get money in 3 days. I bet and i withdrew money. So i am like its work its ok, so in 3.5.2019 i deposite "bank" wire 5000 euro (on same platform like 100 euro) and i wait day after day and check acount but all silenc where is money... I write on Pinnacle email where is money in wednesday but all they told me day after day that they (Your concern will be forwarded again to our Payments Department for review) always that "shit" but not corrct answer where is money, because he was writes up to 5 days... And now is 13.5.2019 almost 14.5.2019 and i dont now nothing where they lost my money?

So i have question what to do? Is this betting site ok or is it scam for take money on people like me, I am from Europe can i sue Pinnacle or what option i get, to get money because they email support is garbage? I have another question, which one betting site is good for high stake and you have no problems to deposite or withdrew. And to not restrict wining players like (bt365,marathonbet...). Its williamhill ok or bwin for high betts in online or which site is ok?, some friend told me to go on Sbobet but i dont now if i trust my money some asian bet, i like more some in europe, probaly is easier to get money if i get struggling with problems deposite/withdrew.

Pinnacle, or Betfair, Matchbook exchanges you can bet big without ever being limited. And Pinnacle are totally reputable so dont worry about your payment. I would guess its a problem with your bank so would suggest checking the payment was actually sent.

WillHill and Bwin are similar to Bet365. Not sharp.

SBObet is only good for football (soccer) but has lowered limits so much in recent times they are not really worth looking at. Maxbet and Singbet are the better Asian options.

Bookmaker.eu or BetCRIS.com are probably the best options not already mentioned for large limits and being slow to restrict.

User "dealer wins" i send them in friday transfer confirmation thet i got in my bank. And thats is proff to my bank sand them money, and for them is ok what i send them...clearly thay have any problems, but i dont now how long they will waiting for this respond of department? Clearly they have really slow custum servise... I'm disappointed with them, because in weekend you did have some good matches for betting, but i cant.

So i now for second time that i need to write also Reference number. And for this reason, it should be a delay, so i know something new.
