They offer Pick 3 and Pick 4 bets that's it...

Pick 4 has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning. State lotteries pay 5000x, 50% house edge. 5dimes pays 9000x 10% house edge.

They can easily pay 100k and likely 1M. However, as defined in their rules, their max win is 200k or something around that figure (not going to go digging in the rules to find).

I don't know if there is a max payout on the Lotto900 offers they have.

But unless you're planning to bet $4500 on one set of pick 4 numbers, then 40 million isn't a possibility.
