i guess, they only do this if they suspect you having dulicate account. if you can come up with everything they want they will give you the money, finally. they also use this as a signal to others.

Thats actually a good point. They should request you go into a shop and show them your docs in person!

Solid firm in my opinion.
Never had a problem with them and they have shops all over the place.
