I don't know if it's the right thread for this question, but I'm making a try.
So, I have a Skrill account and a couple of months ago I noticed that if I try to transfer money to my Neteller account or I try to deposit funds to one of my sportbook accounts I get the following error message:
The email or password you have entered has expired or does not match our records. Please try again.
I sent them an email and got the answer that my account is considered a personal account with commercial purposes. Due to recent regulatory requirements you cannot send payments to other merchants' accounts.
I don't really understand what it means, what they mean by commercial purposes. Maybe also my English is not good enough to understand. I asked them but I didn't really get a valid answer. They suggested me to open a new account with a new email address, but now I'm afraid that I'll get that new one limited for the same reason, too. They also wrote me that if I open a new account they might close the current one in the future.
Actually, I do this kind of activities on my account. Which one do you think could be considered commercial?
1. I got money every month from a company that I work for in part time.
2. I deposit funds in my sportbook accounts
3. I receive money from my sportbook accounts
4. I pay with my Skrill card in supermarkets and in online stores
I just would like to avoid bad suprises in future and maybe someone else has already had the same problem.
Thank you.
