    Problem with Lowvig deposit
So I sent them deposit with BTC almost 3 weeks ago and after I saw on blockchain it was confirmed, but not showed on my Lowvig account, I asked support about it and they are still checking it.
I'm not an BTC expert, but from the screenshot below it looks like for me like they sent my deposit to someone else. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It should not matter where the actual bitcoin ended up, just that they received it.

Is there any chance you have sent BCH (BitcoinCash) instead of BTC?

if you need help getting it sorted out you are welcome to submit an SBR complaint form with your account details.

Nope, never had BCH in my wallet. I'm still trying to resolve it directly with support, if it fails I'll send complaint.

They've finally credited my deposit, but about 30% less than it should be and blame it on their processor. Between sending BTC and confirming by network the price went up mentioned 30%, but I don't know how to prove the confirmation time.

If you search for the transaction ID on blockchain.com it will show you the time of the first confirmation and how many minutes after the tx was first seen that occurred.

But I don't think there is a reliable way to get exact times on subsequent confirmations.
