    Hello,
    I have a problem with bookmaker https://www.sportingbull.com
    I read on local betting forum that bwin closed all accounts from my country and transferred them to sportingbull.com so I decided to open account last October also

    I placed some bets, won something, and after a while I could only bet low amounts and I did not use account for a long time, but I have pending long term bets, who will win ABA league, rookie of the year Luka Doncic, Gsw to reach the final etc
    Last week I won a bet Denver Nuggets to win division and they paid the bet I withdrew money without any problem,
    now I tried to log in and see if they settled bet Juventus to win serie A and I can't log in to my account, in meantime I did not use my account but when I tried to log in I received this message
    You previously requested to be excluded from your Sportingbull account. Please contact our Customer Service if you have any questions.
    Customer support on live chat told me they closed account because of internal decision, I tried to explain them I have open bets and they can close account after bets are settled but no luck
    Can SBR help me resolve the problem and to receive the payout for those open bets?

        Please be informed that the decision has been taken to definitely close your account. Please find below the relevant extract from our Terms and Conditions.
        "5.17. Sportingbull reserves the right to suspend a customer’s account and/or retain any money (deposits and winnings) in a customer’s account that it considers, at its sole discretion, to have been obtained as a result of (i) any error as described in Rule 5.14 above, (ii) any suspicion of fraudulent activity, or (iii) suspicion of any other activity of any nature deemed by Sportingbull to be in bad faith."
        "4.8. Sportingbull allows only one account per person and these details are stored and checked on our database daily. Therefore any subsequent accounts opened under the same postcode/personal details /IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately and any bets will be voided at Sportingbull discretion. Sportingbull reserves the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means. All new registrations are monitored to ensure that duplicate accounts are not opened so please adhere to these conditions."

        This is email I received from them later, at the same time Crvena Zvezda form ABA basketball league and they should pay me much more money

            They're saying you had multiple accounts operating. If you did then you violated their terms and conditions and will get nothing other than your original deposit returned. If you didn't you need to discuss with them how to prove that you've only had one account operating on your behalf.

                That's the problem. They moved accounts from Sportingbet to Sportingbull, so when you opened new one it was your second.
