    GTBETS.EU - Stole $18,000 from me
    All,

Do not ever deposit or play through GTBETS.EU ever as they just stole $18,000 from me and disabled my account that I was betting on for over a month and racked up $18,000 of which $10,000 I had in outstanding withdrawals which they are not paying on at all.

I have filed a formal complaint against them but their only reason for this was that I apparently set up a duplicate account which if I did it was on accident. They are unwilling to talk further with me and have even deleted my future bets out there.

I highly advise all players to stay far away from this place, as they fraudulently stole this money from me and are unwilling to talk further with me regarding. Please all do your best to stay away and if you have an active account try and withdraw money ASAP as you may never see it again like me.

I have all screen shots of the chat conversations as well as the wires due to me and the deletion of my future bets and disabling of my account. I'm new to this forum but wanted to get this out to everyone and am willing to share any of the evidence for further proof.

Please help me and try and retrieve this money back or help by staying away so we can shut them down.

    Thanks all,

    Chad

I know what you mean. I accidentally set up multiple accounts all the time.

Yea I hear ya, I try and spread out my money on several sporstbook due to the size I like to bet. However, in setting up this duplicate account which I honestly don't remember and was out of an honest mistake to shut me down and steal $18k is a bit ridiculous.

I even offered to pay back the $500 bonus I got on this new account time three ($1500 total willing to give them) just to continue to play and get my money out and they just disabled my account and never have returned my calls or emails.

I assume they think that by opening multiple accounts, you were trying to circumvent betting limits they have in place. Seems like the best thing for them would be to refund your money and ban you from further action if they thought you were trying to "end run" their limits.

I do look forward to the day when we can conduct business in the USA and hopefully have legal recourse for such behavior on the part of bookmakers.

Did you use a VPN or proxy to set up the second account?

I'm honestly not sure if it's possible to provide assistance to you in a situation like this other than asking for your initial deposit to be refunded if it hasn't already but if you opened the second account and didn't attempt to mask your IP there may be at least a glimmer of hope.

Can't they just merge the two accounts, and void the larger bonus?

Oh man, did they say you took a welcome bonus on the previous account as well?

If so, they are going to say all your betting on the new account is invalid as you may have bet differently with that bonus than otherwise, and therefore simply paying back the bonus after winning is not an option.

If there was no double bonus, or restrictions on the first account, hopefully SBR can encourage them to show some goodwill.

Offered to pay back second bonus....

Doesn’t sound like the multiple account was an accident to me.

At best here, you may get your deposit back. But you can kiss any winnings goodbye.

You took your shot and got busted....but to claim your money was stolen is incorrect.

If this user created the accounts far apart, say like 12 months later or longer, I can understand it.

When I look for a bonus, I have used some really unknown books before and forget if/when I have deposited with them. I always reach out to live support to make sure I have not created an account with them though. I can see how people could forget though.

Just no point paying -110 juice unless a bonus is offered is +EV.

However, I also see how many people try to get around the system and take shots. With that being said, I also think books take shots just as some players do. GTbets could have flagged this account much sooner but instead decided to freeroll the player until he ran up 18k and then said "sorry no". I guarantee an account running up $500 to 18k was reviewed BEFORE he requested payout. Probably when up 10k or so. Thus it is clear Gtbets also in a way took a shot.

I smell some details missing. Bet the original account had an "issue" with a card deposit that he forgot.

According to GTBets, the OP deposited once in October of 2018 for $250. Won some money, then proceeded to lose the funds. He contacted GTBets saying it wasn't him who lost the money, and he wanted it back. They refunded his deposit to avoid processor issues and closed his account.
The evidence supports a closed account taking a shot, and he came out ahead. We see this sometimes unfortunately with players who swing for the fences with certain deposit methods and then complain after looking to claw back the funds. We can't really elaborate more to prevent other users getting similar ideas.
