No seriously, why offer bets that they don't want to take?

Makes no sense. I get that they probably get their odds just streamed in from another source or something similar and then they don't have enough traders to watch all of the odds, over all of the events.

But that's their fault isn't it?
That's a part of their business, they can't pass on their inabilities onto the customers, just ridiculous.

Today they paid me the last pending withdrawal of 500 EUR which I requested 8 weeks ago.

It's remarkable they pay me another withdrawal 3 weeks after they closed my account, isn't it? Why do they do that but keep the rest? Obviously they are willing to pay but have not enough money to pay the rest. That was probably the reason they closed my account and confiscated the funds.

somewhere there is a guy who deposited & lost his 500 eur...poor guy...
