    Stakers KYC scam
Hi, I have completed a complaint form and need some help with this bookmaker,

I deposited and provided my passport and had an email saying I was verified, I won three bets and withdrew £400 after the first two won. Went to log in after the third won and the had a message saying details not found.

Then received an email for a random extensive KYC, I went on the live chat and said has my winning bet been credited and they said yes but I need to provide all documents and these will be processed in 24 hours.

I provided all documents but haven’t been verified and do not get straight answers off them just still processing been almost 72 hours now and when I ask what my balance is they say we don’t have that information, it is quite clear they are scamming me for my winnings.

Any help is appreciated or any affiliate contact details I can get a hold of?

72 hours is not really unreasonable for KYC processing.

I'd suggest you wait at least a few more days and see what happens.

Stakers has become a scam lately

I heard from someone who had to send in like 100 documents but found his account closed and balance confiscated

Be cautious with this book right now

yeah, I also heard that this KYC thing goes on and on with them, they want all kind of stuff, even full, not blacked-out bank and/or Neteller statements from the past months, showing every transaction you've sent or received, even if it's completely unrelated to the activities at the book.

Good luck getting your money, and everyone else better stay away.

Keep getting generic emails and live chat are like robots repeating themselves. It shouldn’t take this long, it just appears that I had a few winners and they have closed the account and do not respond with anything other than processing documents still.
